Our Agreed Value Appraisal Process
A straightforward path for your appraisal.
-
1
Share Your Vehicle info
Let's chat about your car or truck and the current condition.
We make sure to take into account the restiration or originality of your vehicle so that we have the full picture. -
2
Gather Photos & Documentation
You send detailed photos and documentation so we can verify condition, originality, and upgrades. For many vehicles we can complete the appraisal 100% remotely.
Typical items include: high-resolution exterior and interior photos, engine bay and underbody shots, odometer, VIN tags, build sheets, restoration invoices, service history, and modification lists. Many situations we come in person to check out your vehicle. -
3
We Build Your Agreed Value Report
We research current market data, auction results, dealer listings, and comparable cars, then document condition, options, provenance, and any restoration or upgrades in a formal written report.
The finished report supports a specific agreed value figure your carrier can endorse. Most agreed value appraisals are completed in about 1-3 business days once we have everything we need. -
4
Submit to Your Insurer & Lock In Value
We email you a digital PDF appraisal you can forward directly to your agent or underwriter so they can finalize the agreed value endorsement or policy.
If your insurer has questions, we can clarify our methodology in writing and make minor adjustments when additional documentation is provided, helping you confidently secure coverage at the proper value.
Protect What Your Car Is Really Worth
We help owners of rare, classic, and exotic vehicles lock in agreed value coverage that reflects the true market value of their car or truck.
Customized reports for vintage muscle cars, European classics, high-end trucks, restomods, modern exotics, and specialty builds.
Most agreed value appraisals are completed remotely from photos and records; on-site inspections available for higher-value or complex vehicles.
Structured so carriers can easily review condition, comps, and methodology when setting or renewing your agreed value limit.
Based in the Southeast (FL, GA, TN, AL) with remote agreed value appraisals available for vehicles garaged across the United States.

Agreed Value Auto Appraisals for Classic, Exotic & Custom Vehicles
Brown & Co. Motorcars specializes in agreed value auto appraisals for classic cars, exotics, custom builds and resto-mods. From a numbers-matching Chevrolet Camaro, Chevelle or C10, to a fully restored Mustang, Bronco, Porsche 911, or modern Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, AMG or M-series, our goal is simple: document your vehicle the way an enthusiast would, and present a value that both you and your insurer can stand behind.
We regularly work with specialty car owners in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Nashville, Birmingham, Knoxville and enthusiast-focused communities like Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Naples, Sarasota, Jupiter, Ponte Vedra Beach, Coral Gables, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade and Mountain Brook. Whether your car lives at the coast, in a golf community, or in a private shop, we understand the Southeast market for collector, exotic and custom vehicles and how those cars are actually bought, sold and insured.
For many vehicles we can complete a remote agreed value appraisal using detailed photos, build sheets, restoration invoices and dyno or alignment records; for higher-touch or complex builds, in-person inspections are available in select areas. We pay close attention to frame-off restorations, pro-touring and resto-mod builds, engine swaps, suspension upgrades, brake kits, wheels, interiors and paintwork, then support our opinion with market data and recent sales. The end result is an insurer-ready agreed value report designed for specialty policies on the kinds of cars people actually care about.
